Thank you for purchasing from medmentoredu.com. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted. By purchasing any digital or physical product or subscribing to any service from our platform, you agree to the terms stated below.

No Return or Refund for Digital Content

All sales of digital products (including downloadable notes, PDFs, and online materials) are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products

We currently do not offer physical product returns unless the wrong item was delivered or the item was received in a damaged or faulty condition.

Conditions to qualify:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • You must provide valid proof, such as images or video of the damaged/wrong item.
  • The item must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Subscription Purchase: If a customer mistakenly purchases a yearly plan instead of a monthly plan, they may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
  • The customer must not have accessed the majority of paid content or downloaded substantial material.
